Precious "ME"

Coaching
The “Precious me” at any age—10-100 years old.
Just for a few minutes come with me into memory lane when we were born and I believed that most of us can think about our childhood as a very happy moment for our parents and family.
We were so precious when we came to this world, we were the proud and joy of our parents and family. We were so cute and perfect to them. We came to this world with no worries and no limitations. It was time to eat we found the way. It was time to crawl we started slowly and suddenly and unknowingly we started to walk and from walking to running. We did not worry about the obstacles along the way and the falls and bumps that we were going to encounter. We were determined in our own little way to accomplish it and we just did. As the years went by and through the influence of our parents, teachers and society we started to loose our adventurous side and a bit of our individuality to adapt to what was expected of us. Of course it was all done in the name of love and for our own good. So we went to school and to be accepted in a certain circle of friends or just simply to fit in, we changed our behavior and even our appearance and manners. I can remember the hairdos and clothing I used to wear and let’s not forget the high heels… and up to this day I don’t even know what I was thinking of, but I was in, I was in style. Do you also remember when you had your first date?

Perhaps I should not go there if want you to keep on reading what I have to say.

So mind, body had to adjust throughout the years and we stop listening to our inner voice. Then year after years life took us in different directions. We are taking courses, are taking more challenges and more responsibilities at work. We get involved in different activities, some of us became parents. All of sudden we started to loose track of who we are and now we do a lot of things for others and have put ourselves aside. Some of us get sick and have been on disability and find ourselves lost in the system in order to get a pay cheque.

Time is scarce, obligations are high, work is very demanding, competition is there and if we want to keep our job we have to give more than what we are willing to and if we are willing to then the loved ones are suffering from our absence. That goes for people of every age, we are so involved in our daily activities that time is running out to think about ourselves or even to allow ourselves the time to continue to develop who we are or to even find out who we are. We are now governed by obligations, studies, work and society and what about us.
Yes, what about me?
What about the precious me?
Who am I?
What do I really, really want?
Am I going through life from day to day without any joy? Do I get up just to go to work?
Do I just go through the motion without any feelings?
Have I lost interest in what I love?
Am I happy?
What do I want to accomplish?
Where I am heading?
What are my goals?
Do I want more money in the bank?
Would I like to drop my fears like a bad habit?
Do I want inner peace?
What happen to my dreams?
What about the things I said I would do but never get done because of time and obligations?
Confusion gets in the way you are being bombarded from right to left by the media and the internet.

Life is about making decisions and most importantly about making good ones. Most of us have the tendency to postpone decisions, so let me help you make a decision right now. Answer with honesty to the previous questions and if you sincerely believe that you can do it by yourself then I wish you the best of luck. However, if you are true to yourself and deep down you know you could use some help, so why wait for a more appropriate timing because there won’t ever be a perfect timing. Why postpone it, you must act now, do something for yourself, I am just a click away, so just click, do it. We will save you and money and it will be up to you to apply the material.
